Returns Policy
Please note that all of our items are preowned and will almost always show some sign of wear, be it internal or external. Please use the photos, the condition grade and the item description to get a sense of the quality of the item.
Australian customers can return their unwanted jackets, t-shirts and sweatshirts/hoodies within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that this means that we need to have received it back in the condition you received it by the 14th day after delivery. We will allow some extra time for returns around Christmas. Please allow 2 to 10 days for refunds to be processed. We cannot offer refunds on hats or headwear, unless we have made a mistake in the listing.
New Zealand customers can return their unwanted jackets, t-shirts and sweatshirts/hoodies within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that this means that we need to have received it back in the condition you received it by the 21st day after delivery. We will allow some extra time for returns around Christmas. Please allow 2 to 10 days for refunds to be processed. We cannot offer refunds on hats or headwear, unless we have made a mistake in the listing.
Please note that the postage cost of the return is your responsibility. We are unable to cover the postage cost given that we offer full change of mind returns and we are a (very) small business. Please be aware that the satchels we use for shipping your items out are reusuable for returns (there are two sealing strips).
Please note the following guidelines for returns:
- Given how unique our items are we don't need you to fill out a return form, but we simply ask you to email returns@dropstepvintage.com with your name, order number and tracking number of your return (if you get one)
- Please enclose our clothing tags within the return, its ok if you've removed them from the garment but please send the card back
- Please ensure that the garment(s) are in the condition in which you received them; unworn and fresh
- We would recommend using a trackable mail service as we cannot offer refunds on items that are lost or damaged in transit
